All items purchased from US MICRO SCREW™ are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and ownership for such items pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier. If insurance is purchased or any claims are to be made then US MICRO SCREW™ will follow through and attempt to correct the situation. The result of any claims due to non-arrival or damage is at the sole discretion of the carrier and US MICRO SCREW™ will not be held accountable.
